The Role:

We are seeking a Senior Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist to join our growing team. This role is crucial in attracting top talent and enhancing the skills and performance of our entry-level recruiters through targeted training and development programs. You will be based in our London HQ with occasional travel to our Miami office.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to address skill gaps.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet recruitment and training needs.
  • Continuously improve L&D practices by incorporating industry best practices.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition and/or learning & development specifically in the Recruitment Sector
  • Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
  • Proficiency in recruitment and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Positive mindset, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic.
