The Opportunity: As the Learning & Development Coordinator, in this entry-level role, you will collaborate across all business areas to identify, develop, and implement innovative training solutions. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include: Business Partnering: Collaborate with different departments to assess training needs and communicate effectively regarding learning & development initiatives. Training Administration: Manage all aspects of training logistics, ensuring smooth operations and timely reporting. Apprentice Program Coordination: Oversee the apprentice program, facilitating training and development opportunities. Training Provider Procurement: Identify and engage training providers to deliver high-quality training solutions. Learning Management Systems: Administer LMS and contribute to the development of training procedures and projects. What We’re Looking For: Qualifications: Undergraduate studies or Certificate IV in HRM/L&D preferred; Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent experience required. Experience: While direct experience in L&D coordination is not mandatory, and is highly regarded, any related internships or volunteer roles would be beneficial. Administration skills: Intermediate MS Office and LMS skills are required. Other skills: Strong literacy, numerical, and analytical skills are essential. Professional Representation: Excellent communications and customer service skills are essential for this role Industry Knowledge: A basic understanding of a technical or industrial environment is preferred.
