Position Available: Learning and Development Administrator

Location: Perth Airport Depot

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning and Development Administrator to play a key role in our National Learning and Development team.

In this role, you’ll sit at the heart of our National Learning and Development team and support them and our business with a range of administrative and coordination responsibilities.

This position is the face of our National Learning and Development team, so we’re looking for someone who has a customer-centric mindset, believes learning should be engaging and meaningful, loves to be organised and thrives in an environment where they can support their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Positively engage with employees to assist them in completing relevant Learning and Development or broader human resource activities.
• Provide leaders with accurate and timely reports on training completions.
• Utilise Learning Management Systems to accurately record and report on training activities.
• Work closely with trainers to ensure all training documentation is accurately completed, properly stored, and available for audits and reporting.
• Manage and maintain critical compliance information, including training records, licenses, and medicals.
• Collaborate with operations managers, leadership, and other internal stakeholders to ensure organizational compliance.
• Ensure training is correctly assigned to employees and identify any gaps in the allocation process.
• Respond in a professional and timely manner, to emails received through our training and learning mailboxes.
• Where required support in the release of new Learning and Development organisational initiatives.
  

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar administrative role.
• Strong technical skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), with the ability to navigate internal systems confidently.
• Prior experience with a HRIS or Learning Management System (LMS) is highly preferred.
• Experience in delivering a highly professional and friendly internal customer experience
• Demonstrated professionalism, maturity, and a strong work ethic.
• High attention to detail, with proven ability to analyse data and deliver excellent customer service.
