Role Overview:

We’re hiring a Lead Software Engineer to join our core team. You’ll be at the intersection of AI and enterprise integration, helping build autonomous agents that interface with systems like SAP, Salesforce, Snowflake, and more. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll shape the product, the tech stack, and the company.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and build core systems for our AI integration agents
• Develop backend and frontend features using Python, TypeScript, and Next.js
• Work with LangChain, LangGraph, HuggingFace, and LLMs to power autonomous workflows
• Interface with enterprise applications (SAP, Salesforce, Snowflake, Tableau, IBMi, etc.)
• Build connectors and automation flows for integration platforms (Workato, Mulesoft, Informatica, etc.)
• Lead and mentor junior engineers
• Collaborate with product and AI teams to push the boundaries of agentic automation

Requirements:

• 1–5 years of hands-on software engineering experience
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript
• Experience with Next.js and full-stack web development
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, HuggingFace, and LLM architectures
• Prior work with enterprise apps (e.g. SAP, Salesforce, Snowflake, Tableau, IBMi) or iPaaS platforms (e.g. Workato, Informatica, Mulesoft)
• Strong problem-solving and systems design skills
• Startup mindset: fast, adaptable, and ownership-driven

Bonus:

• Experience with TensorFlow or model training workflows
• Knowledge of enterprise data schemas and integration best practices
• Exposure to building or consuming iPaaS workflows or agent orchestration systems
