We’re Hiring: Lead Engineer (MEAN Stack)

What You’ll Do:

✔ Develop & Optimize Scalable Systems – Design and build high-volume applications using MEAN Stack (MongoDB, Angular.js, Node.js, Express.js).

✔ Lead & Mentor Teams – Provide technical guidance and lead a team of 6-10 developers.

✔ Microservices & API Development – Implement RESTful & SOAP APIs with a microservices-based architecture.

✔ Cloud & DevOps – Build and deploy large-scale products on AWS/Docker.

✔ Database Management – Work with SQL & NoSQL databases to optimize performance.

✔ Software Engineering Best Practices – Ensure OOPs principles, MVC architecture, and test-driven development for clean, maintainable code.

✔ Collaboration & Problem-Solving – Work in an agile environment, solve complex problems, and optimize application performance.

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 6-10 years of experience in backend development for high-volume, large-scale systems.

🔹 Strong knowledge of MEAN Stack (MongoDB, Angular.js, Node.js, Express.js).

🔹 Experience leading teams (6-10 members) in at least one project.

🔹 Deep understanding of OOPs concepts, design patterns, and JavaScript.

🔹 Hands-on experience with RESTful/SOAP APIs and data modeling.

🔹 Built at least 1-2 large cloud-based products (AWS/Docker).

🔹 Familiarity with MVC frameworks and unit testing.

🔹 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

✅ B.E. / B.Tech. / MCA/M.Tech. from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college.

✅ Consistent academic performance (60%+ throughout).

✅ Experience in enterprise web applications.

✅ Self-driven, collaborative, and eager to learn & grow.
