Job Title: Java Backend Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Java Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based backend applications.
• Build RESTful APIs and integrate with frontend/client systems.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Work with Spring Boot, Microservices, and Hibernate/JPA.
• Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
• Write clean, maintainable code with unit/integration tests (JUnit, Mockito).
• Participate in code reviews and Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

Technical Skills Required:

• Core Java (Java 8/11/17), OOPs, Multithreading, Collections.
• Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data).
• Database: SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) & NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra).
• API Development: REST, GraphQL, SOAP (optional).
• Cloud: AWS/Azure/GCP (Lambda, S3, EC2, etc.).
• Tools: Git, Maven/Gradle, Postman, Swagger.
• Messaging: Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ.
• Good to Have:
• Experience with event-driven architecture.
• Knowledge of Design Patterns (Singleton, Factory, Observer, etc.).
• Familiarity with React/Angular (for full-stack context).

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative Agile environment.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 2-5 years of hands-on Java backend development experience.
