Role Overview:

Java Technical Leads to join their dynamic team in Bangalore. As a Java Technical Lead, you will be responsible for mentoring junior developers, driving hands-on coding, and ensuring the quality and performance of the codebase. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions while fostering a collaborative and growth-

oriented environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 6-8 years in software development with a strong focus on Java technologies.
• Primary Skills: Java, Spring, Hibernate, REST APIs, Microservices.
• Mentoring: Proven experience in leading and mentoring junior developers.
• Development: Hands-on experience in coding and architecture design.
• Industry Preference: Candidates with experience in product-based companies (not services industry).
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
