Job Description

• Physical implementation of Analog and Mixed-Signal circuits.
• Understanding complex constraints for advanced technologies.
• Floor planning, power planning, placement and custom routing of ultra-high-speed sensitive blocks and signals.
• Advanced design flows and checks to fix IR, EM and crosstalk issues.
• Address ESD and Latchup constraints and requirements.
• Block level and Top level integration efforts.
• Work with front end team to optimize the physical designs.
  
  

Job Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Analog Physical Design Flow.
• Solid background in Analog Mixed Signal CMOS layout.
• Experience in layout design of various circuit types such as ADCs, DACs, PLLs, LDOs, and Drivers.
• Experience with building layouts from scratch.
• Experience with SOI or FinFET process technologies.
• Knowledge in scripting languages such as TCL, SKILL, PERL, SVRF is a plus.
