RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Team Leader Design Architect, your responsibilities will include:

• Lead a team of 2–4 junior architects in delivering design presentations, conceptual proposals, architectural visualizations, and site/environmental analyses.
• Guide the development of architectural drawings across concept, schematic, and detailed design phases.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to explore and develop innovative design solutions within defined standards and frameworks.
• Prepare high-quality visual materials including drawings, diagrams, 3D models, renderings, and related documentation.
• Mentor junior team members to support their technical, creative, and professional growth.
• Review and integrate building and fire safety codes into the design process.

QUALIFICATIONS

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A bachelor’s degree in architecture (or equivalent).
• 5 to 8 years of experience, ideally graduating between 2016–2019.
• Strong interest or experience in sustainable design and large-scale projects.
• Previous exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI) platforms in design is highly preferred.
• Experience in architectural competitions is a significant advantage.

We are looking for someone with strong technical and visual skills, including:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Max, Lumion, V-Ray, and Corona Renderer.
• Experience with animation tools such as Lumion animation is a plus.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Knowledge of D5 Render, Rhino, and Grasshopper is an added advantage.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
• In-depth understanding of architectural design workflows and documentation processes.
