Job Title: Development Engineer.

Sector Business Line: Elsewedy Electric Infrastructure Investment.

Scope: Urban planning , Infrastructure and Environmental Solutions.

Department: Development Dept.

Reporting Line: Development Team Leader

Job Location: Head Office (New Cairo).

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and approve investor drawings, ensuring alignment with project requirements and standards.
• Coordinate approvals for IDA environmental assessments with relevant stakeholders.
• Contribute to master plan execution by developing and refining design briefs and development plans.
• Evaluate consultant proposals and supervise their technical work to ensure project objectives are met.
• Provide technical support to resolve project design and execution challenges.
• Assist in gathering and analyzing technical information to support commercial needs and decision-making.
• Prepare and compile technical documentation for contracts and building license applications.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and internal teams throughout the design process, ensuring compliance with technical standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Strong technical background in design review, development planning, and project supervision.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with building regulations, license procedures, and commercial project support is a plus.
• Technical expertise in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Revit, and GIS.
• S.V-Ray and SketchUp experience is a plus.
