Buyers for these products are located in over 200 countries and exchange hundreds of thousands of messages with suppliers on the platform each day.
Responsibilities:
1、Responsible for the development, maintenance, and management of key accounts in the European markets, establishing and deepening strategic partnerships with clients.
2、Develop and execute effective sales strategies and Loyalty Program to promote buyers' ARPU and retention, ensuring customer satisfaction.
3、Analyze market trends, understand client needs, and provide customized solutions for products and services.
4、Coordinate internal resources to ensure smooth order execution and address any issues clients encounter during cooperation.
Qualifications:
1、At least 7 years experience of customer loyalty program such as loyalty points、program with reward points or membership growth tracking, with a preference for experience in the European market.
2、Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with excellent English proficiency
3、Possess passion about customer success and outstanding communication skills, capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
4、Ability to work collaboratively in a intercutural team, and be strongly goal- and results-oriented.
