Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Key Account Manager, build the joint business plan with the Key Salon account(s). Contribute to the commercial vision by sharing account perspective, risks and opportunities.
As an Key account manager, your role is to serve our key salon partners and help them grow business and achieve yearly target. Combine market & salon insight and business analysis into a strategic account plan that creates win/win outcomes.
Establish a partnership and a solid relationship with the account. Define salon business strategy, in agreement with the division. Develop, monitor and manage salon key account portfolio, in accordance with division strategy and brand affairs. Influences the Salons and builds salon development plans
Create an annual business plan considering the growth levers to achieve objectives (sell-in, sell-out, market penetration) Build, accurately forecasts and achieve the account (s) results: turnover, market share, profit. Plan all growth and color service drivers accordingly.
Planning, customers data analysis and prepare presentation properly reports. Update progress, having solid goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with salon partners and possible use to achieve business objectives and grow salon business fit-in the future. Set and work closely with marketing and education team to develop salons/Hairdresser upskilling & training.
Prepare and lead the Account (s) negotiations, escalating when relevant. Build the action plan to implement the Division and channel strategy. Ensure it execution and tracking down to store level and sell out. Proactive suggest plan & adaptation when needed.
Act as the expert of his/her accounts to feed each salon account planning process, to ensure as much alignment as possible in the joint business plans. Build a deep customer intelligence and strong network with all stakeholders.
Drives Point of Sales field execution in key accounts / salon partners and a compelling story to get salon buying in and push sell-out.
Work closely with other departments (Supply, Marketing, Education, Finance, Operation) Connect Account key stakeholder of all functions with their L’Oréal Professionnel division counterpart.
