About the role

Chint Global International Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager (Medium and High Voltage) to join our team in Bangkok. This role is offering the opportunity to work with a leading global provider of electrical and automation solutions. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing key strategic accounts, ensuring we deliver exceptional service and support to our valued customers.

Job Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for developing and servicing renewable energy and industry Owners, Consultants, End Users and relevant agencies.
  • Execute sales and business development plan. In addition, he/she is also responsible to meet the sales margin and targets.
  • Promote renewable, Transmission and Distribution for Medium voltage (MV) (e.g. switchgears) and High Voltage (HV) related to electrical components to Investor, Owner, EPC and consultants for Thailand market
  • Good customers source in private segment e.g. EPC, Renewable Developer or related
  • Organize and conduct sales activities (such as sales visits, projects pipeline and opportunities, weekly visit and project report), to achieve sales objectives
  • Focus in project sales, by building relationship with consultants, owner and developer
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs and requirements
  • Drive sales growth and maximize revenue from the assigned portfolio of key accounts
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of key customers
  • Provide expert technical guidance and support to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead the development of strategic proposals
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, and use this intelligence to inform the account strategy
  • Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings
  • Contribute to the overall sales and marketing strategy for the medium and high voltage product range
  • Actively gather market intelligence and key competitors information
  • Ensure timely collection of receivables from sales



Job Requirements:


  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineer, Sales and marketing or related
  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar key account management role, preferably within the electrical/electronic engineering industry handling sales
  • Strong technical knowledge of medium and high voltage electrical products and solutions
  • Good relationship with Owner, Developer, M&E consultants, Contractors and EGAT
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term relationships with key customers
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both technical and commercial stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions
