About EveryPay

At EveryPay, we are on a mission to build the digital financial infrastructure that underpins e-commerce in Greece, empowering Marketplaces, and Merchants to thrive.

We are a team of enthusiastic young people, driven by our values to Empower Customers, work as a Team Together, Manage Risk and Get Stuff Done.

We are proud to have built the payments layer connecting most Greek Marketplaces and Merchants with world-class schemes like Visa and MasterCard. We service most Greek Marketplaces, including Greece's largest and most successful marketplace: Skroutz.

Our systems connect to thousands of banks, in Greece and abroad. Our tech processes tens of thousands of transactions every day - that's €billions worth of e-commerce. If you have bought something online in Greece, chances are you have already used our payments product.

EveryPay is fully owned by the Skroutz Group of Companies and is both a Tech Company and a Regulated Financial Services Institution. Therefore, you will be exposed to the world of the Tech Payments Sector and that of Financial Services.

How you will contribute to EveryPay's vision:

We're looking for a Junior Technical Support Specialist to join our newly-formed Technical Support Layer, bridging the gap between frontline support and our Product & Engineering teams. In this role, you'll handle complex client issues, dig into logs and systems, validate bugs, and ensure only well-understood and actionable problems get escalated further.

You'll get hands-on exposure to the inner workings of a regulated fintech, supporting critical services that process billions in transactions and connect to thousands of banks and merchants.

What are our challenges:

  • Scale: Our business is on a significant growth trajectory. This means that our tech has to follow suit. You can be expected to work on optimising our architecture and tech, enabling global level of workloads, and solving major, complex, scalability problems
  • Breadth: We are on a constant mission of expanding our product line. You will be working on enabling the latest and most innovative payment methods using cutting-edge APIs and infrastructure of companies such as Google, Apple, and Amazon
  • Depth: We are a tech company. As we grow, we are constantly re-evaluating our tech stack, and refactor our codebase. We are on a constant mission to refactor, and optimise, our existing codebase

What you will be doing:

  • Connect support with engineering and product by translating user issues and feedback into clear, actionable technical insights and tasks
  • Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues by analyzing logs and dashboards (e.g., Grafana)
  • Write and execute SQL queries to support root cause analysis and data validation
  • Collaborate with engineering, QA, and product teams to escalate and resolve issues
  • Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Use tools like Postman to test APIs and validate system behavior
  • Track and manage issues using Jira and follow through to resolution
  • Continuously learn about fintech systems, internal tools, and workflows
  • Contribute to improving support processes and documentation

What will you need to succeed:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
  • Basic understanding of software systems, troubleshooting, and log analysis (e.g., using Grafana)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity to identify root causes
  • Ability to write and execute SQL queries for investigation purposes
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive, collaborative, and eager to grow in the fintech space

We will appreciate if you have:

  • Experience with Postman for API testing and Jira for issue tracking
  • Background in technical support, QA, or similar roles
  • Familiarity with fintech products or financial systems
