Mercier Consultancy is excited to invite applications for a Portuguese Speaking Consultant to join our Client's IT Support & Tech Solutions Department. In this pivotal Entry Level role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our Portuguese-speaking clients, providing expert support and solutions for their IT needs. Your contributions will play a crucial role in enhancing client satisfaction and ensuring that our clients' technical challenges are addressed promptly and effectively.
Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting IT issues, advising on best practices for tech solutions, and offering training on our product offerings. Your strong communication skills and technical knowledge will be key assets in helping clients navigate their digital environments successfully.
Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for Portuguese-speaking clients regarding IT support and tech solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve various technical inquiries and issues
Advise clients on best practices and assist them in implementing tech solutions effectively
Conduct informative training sessions to enhance client understanding of IT tools and technologies
Document client interactions and maintain accurate records of support activities
Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues and improve service delivery
Stay updated on the latest trends in IT support and technology solutions to provide informed recommendations
Requirements
Fluency in Portuguese and English, with strong communication skills
Basic understanding of IT support principles and tech solutions is essential
Previous experience in a customer-facing technical support role is preferred but not mandatory
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and in a teamwork environment
Familiarity with technical support tools and software
Ability to convey complex technical concepts to clients in a clear and straightforward manner
Genuine interest in technology and a desire to learn about IT support best practices is essential
