We are hiring for our client a Tech Lead & Solution Architect with expertise in Java, OOPS, SQL databases, and design patterns. The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of scalable solutions and collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams.

 Key Responsibilities

·        Architecture & Design: Lead the design of scalable solutions aligned with business needs.

·        Technical Leadership: Mentor developers and foster a collaborative environment.

·        Documentation: Create detailed design documents adhering to standards.

·        Lifecycle Management: Oversee the software development lifecycle from requirements to deployment.

·        Best Practices: Define and enforce development and testing best practices.

·        Code Reviews: Conduct reviews and guide the team on technologies and practices.

·        Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to implement effective solutions.

·        Troubleshooting: Resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.

 Required Skills & Qualifications

·        Experience: 6+ years in software development; 2+ years in a leadership role.

·        Technical Skills: Proficient in Java, PySpark, and SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).

·        Design Patterns: Strong understanding of design patterns and their applications.

·        Development Methodologies: Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and Agile practices.

·        System Design: Ability to design high-availability and scalable systems.

·        Communication: Excellent skills for conveying complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

 Preferred Qualifications

·        Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

·        Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).

·        Understanding of web application security practices.
