Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead – Java to join our team. This individual will have strong expertise in Java development, with proven leadership skills to guide and mentor technical teams. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for driving the technical direction of projects, ensuring the successful implementation of solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Java developers, ensuring high standards of coding, quality, and best practices.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient Java-based applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior developers.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
• Oversee project lifecycles, ensuring timelines and client expectations are met.
  
  

Technical Expertise Required

• Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Microservices.
• Solid understanding and application of OOP, MVC, Design Patterns, and Principles.
• Extensive experience with RDBMS (MySQL, Oracle, Postgres).
• Expertise in Web Development (JSP, Servlets, JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
• Experience with Web Services & APIs (SOAP, RESTful APIs).
• Familiarity with JUnit, Mockito, and GIT.
