Job Description

Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and development of Java Microservices using Spring Boot.
• Participate actively in architectural discussions, daily stand-ups, and Agile Sprint planning.
• Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for critical systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Write clean, well-designed, testable, and efficient code that adheres to specifications.
• Adhere to software development life cycle best practices, including unit testing, agile development, and CI/CD strategies.
• Optimize and manage resources and time effectively within the team.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks to the product/application.
• Promote continuous process improvement, especially in code quality, testability, and reliability.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Contribute to code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Manage code versioning using tools like Git.
• Work with cloud environments and container systems.
  
  

Experience And Qualifications

• 8 - 12 years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• 3+ years of experience with Java Microservices and Spring Boot.
• Proficient in RDBMS and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Container Systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Proficient with code versioning tools (e.g., Git).
• Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and multi-tasking ability.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
