About this role:

Strong project management, consulting, presentation & communication skills. Ability to create technical specification documents. Must feel comfortable presenting & working with leadership and maintaining effective communication across different organizational levels.

We are the SCPMG Permanente (Physician) HR department that manages HR systems to support our physicians in So. Cal.

Our clients are physicians, physician leaders, Non-physician Executive Leaders. Our projects have high visibility, and we also support other Permanent HR Depts. – Physician Recruitment, Physician Compensation, Physician Benefits & many others. This role will support Salesforce projects as well as other areas. Individual must be flexible and open to learning our department’s culture and standards. The PHR Systems team is composed of 19 employees, my direct reports are a group of 6 employees

Location options: Pasadena CA(Flexible – remote most of the time but expected to attend meetings @ Walnut Center) Must Reside in or relocate to SCAL.

Workdays: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri

Working Hours Start: 08:00 AM

Working Hours End: 05:00 PM

Note: The salary range for each region is different. In addition to the base salary up to 8% annual bonus and full benefits are offered as well.
