Description

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, print, paid media) that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to align messaging with key brand priorities.
  • Build and deploy email campaigns, report on open and click-through rates, and refine segmentation strategies.

Social Media Management

  • Manage content calendars across all platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Write compelling captions and coordinate scheduling and posting across channels.
  • Partner with content creators to ensure a consistent visual identity and strong engagement.

Creative Development & Brand Oversight

  • Serve as brand guardian for all club marketing, ensuring assets meet visual and voice guidelines.
  • Liaise with graphic designers, photographers, and production teams for collateral, decks, ads, menus, and signage.
  • Proofread and edit copy to maintain tone, clarity, and professionalism across all materials.

Agency & Vendor Collaboration

  • Oversee marketing-related agencies including social, paid media, and PR partners.
  • Align agency output with annual marketing calendar and business goals.
  • Coordinate production shoots and maintain a well-organized digital asset library.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track KPIs for all campaigns and provide weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Analyze engagement data to optimize marketing strategies and member outreach.

Cross-Functional Communication

  • Partner with Membership, Programming, F&B, Hotel, and Wellness teams to support initiatives and ensure aligned messaging.
  • Support promotions, activations, and strategic partnerships through storytelling and creative support.
  • Attend key events and activations to support live content capture and promotional strategy.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, or membership-based industries.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools including Mailchimp, Canva, Google Suite, and major social platforms.
  • Strong creative eye and attention to brand detail across digital and print.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience managing agency relationships, creative timelines, and content calendars.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible schedule including occasional evening and weekend event coverage.

  • Growth in engagement, reach, and conversions across digital platforms.
  • On-time, on-brand delivery of creative assets and campaigns.
  • Strong collaboration across departments and with agency partners.
  • Increased awareness of club programming, offerings, and initiatives.
