Summary

About The Role:

We’re looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Sponsor Marketing Manager to join our event & festival production team. This role serves as the critical bridge between our sponsors and internal marketing operations—ensuring that all sponsor-related marketing deliverables are executed on time, within scope, and at a high standard. You’ll be responsible for translating sponsorship agreements into actionable plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and bringing brand partnerships to life across digital channels before, during, and after each event.

This is a mid-level management role ideal for someone who understands both the brand marketing landscape and the inner workings of large-scale events.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage all sponsor marketing deliverables from contract handoff through execution.
  • Ideate and create marketing campaigns to help achieve brand KPIs and drive sponsor campaign momentum.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines and deliverable trackers for each sponsor partnership.
  • Ensure sponsor content (logos, assets, ad copy, etc.) is received, approved, and implemented correctly across all digital platforms (social, email, websites, paid ads, etc.).
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and production teams to ensure sponsor activations are integrated smoothly into the broader event marketing plan.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with sponsors throughout the lifecycle of each campaign.
  • Track and report on performance metrics of sponsor campaigns and provide post-event recaps.
  • Identify ways to improve sponsor integration and enhance brand visibility and ROI.
  • Support the partnerships team with marketing-related components during the sales process (mockups, decks, asset guidelines, etc.).


Preferred Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or account management—preferably in events, live entertainment, or brand activations.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (social media, email, display ads, etc.).
  • Experience working directly with sponsors or clients in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—professional, polished, and client-facing.
  • Highly organized with an eye for detail and a knack for logistics.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Trello) is a plus.
  • A passion for live events, music, and culture is a major bonus.
