Summary

YOUR MISSION:

As International Business Partnerships Community Manager you will lead, grow and engage a team of Trainers, Educators and Artists free-lance Worldwide to support regions in growing sales through effective and engaging trainings and events for clients and trainers, with the purpose to enhance their loyalty, improve hairdresser’s skills and knowledges, promote the community spirit, hair-salons growth and sustainability engagement.

This role will report directly to the IBP Head of Education & Events.

The role could be remote, requiring often presence in Parma (Davines Group Village) on top of travel requirements.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Strategic responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the IBP Community strategy;
  • Lead, build and grow IBP Showcase Artists network;
  • Lead and grow IBP Technical Education Leaders Team;
  • Lead and master “Daversity” program roll out in IBP countries;
  • Define career path for NMTs (National Master Trainers), in collaboration with Education Managers;
  • Coordinate IBP Creative Collective project over 3 regions;
  • Drive the creation of Technical programs and implement Global-designed formats;
  • Focus on Color Business and sales growth oriented actions;
  • Prepare artists for events performance, be the link with Global Art Director;
  • Support the Talent Green House program deployment and local artist development;
  • Support local Artists identification and path;
  • Responsible for Regional Events performances;
  • Play an active role in major IBP events.


WHO YOU ARE:

  • Min 5 years of experience in Haircare Education area, technical or managerial, or in a similar role;
  • Past experience as a community manager is a plus;
  • Strong Knowledge of the Haircare market;
  • Exceptional time, priority, and stress management skills;
  • Team player with excellent communication and presentation abilities;
  • Proven planning, organizational, budget management and problem-solving capabilities;
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
  • Proactive and adaptable to managing change;
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule as business dictates that may include evenings, weekends and bank holidays;
  • Availability to frequent travels (up to 40% of the time);
  • English is a must; if not Italian native, second language is a plus.
