Job description:

The Corporate Communications Intern plays a crucial role in developing and implementing comprehensive corporate communication strategies that enhance Ariston Group’s public image and stakeholder engagement.
In this role, you will manage and support communication activities across designated channels, including media relations, corporate social media, and the corporate website. Ensuring compliance with guidelines, you will contribute to the development of consistent and effective storytelling, amplifying key messages and initiatives. You will deal with topics covering operations, innovation technology, people, and sustainability, collaborating with relevant functions across the organization.

 

Main Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of the corporate communication strategy to enhance awareness and reputation while ensuring consistency across all channels
• Contribute to developing the corporate editorial calendar, liaising with central and local functions to identify and plan key communication initiatives
• Assist in managing corporate social media, working closely with the Corporate Communications and HR teams
• Support the creation and dissemination of corporate communication materials, including press releases, corporate statements, digital content, and visual assets, also coordinate with external suppliers
• Liaise with the external public relations agency to facilitate the execution of corporate communication plans and ensure alignment
• Monitor daily press coverage and track digital media performance, focusing on the corporate LinkedIn page and website
• Develop reports to analyze communication results across all media channels and keep senior management informed
• Participate in the planning and execution of corporate events and special initiatives
   

Candidate Profile: 

• Master’s degree in Communications, Humanities, or a related field
• Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken); German is a plus
• Strong command of major social media platforms
• Excellent writing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Photoshop) is a plus
