Role Overview
We are looking for a Learning & Development Intern to support our L&D initiatives by assisting in the development of training materials, crafting proposals, designing engaging learning experiences and L&D projects coordination. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and creative individual who is passionate about learning design, instructional development, and corporate training.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and developing engaging presentations for training sessions and client meetings.
- Support the creation and refinement of proposals, reports, and other L&D-related documents.
- Contribute to the design of learning experiences, including activities, assessments, and interactive elements.
- Conduct research on learning trends, instructional strategies, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with team members to curate and organise training content.
- Assist in data analysis and report preparation related to training outcomes and learner feedback.
- Provide administrative and coordination support for L&D projects and workshops.
Requirements & Skills
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office tools, Google suite and GenAI tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and an eye for visual design.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to conduct research and summarise findings effectively.
- Ready to start as soon as possible for a period of 3-6 months
- Applicant must currently reside in Malaysia.
- Applicant must be legally eligible to work in Malaysia without the need for visa sponsorship.
