Role Overview

We are looking for a Learning & Development Intern to support our L&D initiatives by assisting in the development of training materials, crafting proposals, designing engaging learning experiences and L&D projects coordination. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and creative individual who is passionate about learning design, instructional development, and corporate training.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing and developing engaging presentations for training sessions and client meetings.
  • Support the creation and refinement of proposals, reports, and other L&D-related documents.
  • Contribute to the design of learning experiences, including activities, assessments, and interactive elements.
  • Conduct research on learning trends, instructional strategies, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with team members to curate and organise training content.
  • Assist in data analysis and report preparation related to training outcomes and learner feedback.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for L&D projects and workshops.



Requirements & Skills

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office tools, Google suite and GenAI tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity and an eye for visual design.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to conduct research and summarise findings effectively.
  • Ready to start as soon as possible for a period of 3-6 months
  • Applicant must currently reside in Malaysia.
  • Applicant must be legally eligible to work in Malaysia without the need for visa sponsorship.
