Curriculum Development: Drive and manage all instructional design and curriculum development for assigned workstreams (e.g., P2P, AP, C2C, SCM, MDM, Reports).
Training Strategy: Contribute to the design and execution of the overall training strategy, plan, and deliverables, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Material Creation: Design and develop diverse training materials, including instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (VILT), eLearning modules, instructional videos, and supporting documentation.
Train-the-Trainer: Assist in the creation and delivery of a comprehensive train-the-trainer program.
Project Management: Create and manage training activity work plans, defining responsibilities, effort estimates, dependencies, and deadlines.
Documentation: Manage the development of training materials and user manuals, including instructor guides, participant guides, job aids, and eLearning courses.
Training Planning: Assist in planning staff training for the project duration, accommodating both in-person and remote delivery.
Quality Assurance: Oversee and manage the review process for all training materials and documentation by Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Collaboration: Partner with the OGL technical writing team for collaboration and consistency. Collaborate with the L&D team for LMS material uploads.
Travel: up to 25% travel may be required.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience, with 3 years in Adult Learning, Training, Instructional Design, and curriculum development (eLearning, ILT, VILT).
Experience creating technical training for Oracle (or other) ERP systems is required.
Experience creating training based on business processes and workflows.
Experience planning and delivering multiple deliverables in a matrixed organization.
Strong understanding of training tools and delivery methods.
Experience designing synchronous and asynchronous training.
Facilitator experience is preferred.
Advanced PowerPoint capabilities.
Skills:
Strong communication and facilitation skills.
Extensive knowledge of Adult Learning, Instructional Design, Change Management, and Project Management principles.
High EQ and ability to work with various levels of personnel.
Strong collaboration and a focus on results.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Education, Communications, Engagement, Organizational Development, Training & Development, Human Resources, or related field (highly preferred).
Master's Degree (preferred).
