Summary

Main responsibilities: * Collaborate with other training team members to design and produce multimedia training courses, modules, learning journeys and other instructional content. * Work with internal subject matter experts to conduct learning needs analysis and capture software functionality. * Develop assessments to drive learner comprehension and retention of information. * Leverage various technologies to enhance and deliver training materials. * Regularly evaluate and update existing training materials. * Ensure alignment with brand and quality control standards. * Own instructional content creation from concept to completion. Desired profile: * Excellent writing and editing skills, strong attention to detail. * Experience in instructional content design and graphic design. * Quick learner when faced with complex problems and quick to adapt to change. * Proficient with Rise 360 and Adobe products. * Ability to observe a process, take notes, write scripts and record voice-overs as needed. * Has good judgment on how potential creative and design ideas will work within the program. * Ability to think independently but present ideas or changes thoughtfully for team approval. * Excellent communication and organizational skills. * Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision. * Ability to manage multiple projects at once. * Knowledge of adult learning methodology. * Knowledge of SaaS and experience with an LMS or DAP, an asset. * Ability to deliver scripts on camera and edit simple videos, an asset. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. * Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. * Experience with technical writing an asset. * Bilingual English and French is an asset.
