My name is Ana, and I am a Recruiter with The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking an -------- Instructional Designer for a prominent client of ours. This position is --100% Remote. Details for the position are as follows:

Contract role of 10 months, possible extensions. Pay range is $55-60/hr.

Job Description:

• Create engaging learning experiences that driver learner engagement and improve operational effectiveness.
• Apply industry-standard instructional design theories, practice, and methods.
• Use adult learning principles to ensure knowledge transfer.
• Design and develop appropriate material/media: Instructor-led training (ILT), On-the-job training (OJT), eLearning modules, audio clips, videos, animation, simulations, role play, gamification, and other educational materials to further enhance learning experiences.
• Work with collaborators on criteria used to judge learner's performance and develop assessment instruments.
• Support the translation of any content.
• Collaborate with team members, subject matter experts, and reviewers to meet deadlines and produce high quality work products in accordance with stakeholder requirements.
  
  

Qualifications:

• BS/BA degree required.
• Experience in instructional design techniques and adult learning principles.
• Experience in developing learning programs for pharmaceutical, biologic, or medical device companies.
• Experience using instructional design tools to create eLearning content (e.g. Articulate 360, RISE, Storyline, etc.)
• Visual design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator) and ability to storyboard learning programs.
• Experience working in a regulated environment (e.g. GxP).
