Role Overview:


We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue growth in the US market. The ideal candidate should have 4-8 years of B2B sales experience in the BI, analytics, SaaS, or IT services domain, with a proven track record of lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closure.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, research, and engage potential customers via outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Qualify leads, nurture prospects, and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Client Engagement: Understand customer needs, conduct product demos, and communicate the value of Intellicus’ BI solutions effectively.
  • Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Teams: Work closely with field sales and marketing teams to execute campaigns and drive conversions.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and progress in CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned revenue and lead conversion targets.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer challenges.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • 4-8 years of experience in inside sales / B2B sales / lead generation for the US market.
  • Experience selling BI, analytics, SaaS, or enterprise software solutions is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Ability to work in US time zones (Night Shift – EST/PST).
  • Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
