Position Description:

Designs secure, comprehensive IT infrastructure solutions tailored to customer requirements by evaluating business needs, recommending appropriate technologies, creating detailed system designs, and serving as the primary technical liaison between customers and implementation teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough scoping calls with clients to gather and analyze requirements for IT infrastructure projects.
• Design IT solutions incorporating SAN, NAS, server infrastructure, virtualization platforms (VMware, Proxmox), and related technologies.
• Scope engagements including deployments, break/fix scenarios, and other professional services.
• Create solution proposals including hardware specifications, software recommendations, and implementation details.
  
  

Other Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales, project management, and implementation teams to ensure solution feasibility.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
• Provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong technical expertise in enterprise IT infrastructure components and systems architecture.
• Extensive knowledge of storage technologies (SAN, NAS), server hardware, and virtualization platforms.
• Experience with VMware and Proxmox virtualization environments.
• Industry certifications such as VMware VCP, Dell/EMC, HPE, or other relevant credentials.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms and hybrid solutions.
• Understanding of IT security best practices and compliance requirements.
• Prior experience in pre-sales or technical consulting roles.
