Job Title: Solutions Architect – Procurement Transformation

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Solutions Architect to support a procurement transformation initiative. This individual will partner closely with two Transformation Leads across digital procurement and operational procurement areas, playing a key role in building a scalable and user-friendly buyer portal that facilitates end-to-end vendor request management.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the front-end technical lead for ServiceNow-related design and integration work.
• Design and develop architecture diagrams and process flows based on evolving business requirements.
• Consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources including SAP, Master Data Governance (MDG), and other enterprise systems.
• Create technical roadmaps aligned with business goals and support the broader domain strategy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to ensure architecture meets both functional and technical needs.
• Support integrations across systems such as SAP, Ariba, MDG, ServiceNow, and SuccessFactors.
• Leverage data lake environments to ingest, transform, and restructure data for downstream usage.
• Translate procurement concepts and business language into scalable technical solutions.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in systems integration, API development, and enterprise architecture.
• Strong familiarity with procurement processes and terminology (e.g., requisition to payment, request to pay).
• Experience working with enterprise platforms including SAP, Ariba, MDG, ServiceNow, and SuccessFactors.
• Ability to gather and synthesize business requirements into technical deliverables, even in early stages of requirement definition.
• Proficiency in working with data lakes and managing structured/unstructured data inputs.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and business stakeholders.
