Job Title: IT Support Officer - Service Management
About the job:
We're looking for an experienced IT Support Officer to help ensure the stability and reliability of core IT processes within a highly dynamic and regulated environment. This role is key to driving improvements across service management processes, coordinating with both internal teams and external suppliers, and ensuring smooth IT operations across a complex application landscape.
Responsibilities:
Support and manage operational service processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Config, Request).
Oversee and guide third-party IT providers to ensure service quality and SLA adherence.
Provide insights and reporting to management on IT control, risk, and improvement opportunities.
Monitor IT infrastructure and critical data processing flows, addressing disruptions and facilitating long-term fixes.
Maintain process documentation and help drive roadmap planning and maturity tracking.
Ideal profile:
3+ years of experience in service/process management in IT operations, ideally in a regulated industry.
Strong understanding of ITIL, Agile, Scrum, and Lean methodologies.
Proven ability to manage service providers and translate operational issues into actionable insights.
Excellent communicator in preferably both Dutch and English; able to adapt communication to various stakeholders.
Detail-oriented, pragmatic, and process-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and reliability.
