This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Support Engineer at Gorilla360°. The Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting system issues, and administering IT infrastructure. They will also handle help desk support, ensuring that systems run smoothly and maintaining peak performance of the IT infrastructure.

• System Administration and Help Desk Support experience
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience with data analysis and infrastructure is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
