Qualification:

• Minimum education of a Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in the same field.
• Possess MTCNA certification, Advance Mikrotik Training - Routing (MTCRE).
• Have skills in installation and system configuration (Linux/Unix system).
• Have experience in system monitoring and security monitoring, analysis, design, and network implementation (Mikrotik, Routing, Firewall, NAT, LAN, WAN, etc.).
• Have experience in the design and implementation of application servers on Windows and Linux (Zimbra mail server, DNS, Web server, Cpanel, Virtualization).
• Understand and be familiar with IT administration matters.

Job description

• Prepare a plan for the required infrastructure needs.
• Perform maintenance and backup for email, network, and servers.
• Communicate with external parties (ISP and Software).
• Visit branches (Software and Network).
• Perform updates and maintenance on email, RDP, and PABX (Active and Inactive).
• Record all changes to email, network, and server settings.
• Perform network firewall management.
• Ensure that email, network, and servers are functioning well.
• Document troubleshooting resolutions in the logbook related to email and network.
• Regularly change administrator passwords.
• Recommend network improvements and new equipment.
• Prepare a plan for the required infrastructure needs.
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of the network (internal and external switches).
• Perform virtualization segmentation, server setup.
• Master and understand server virtualization, especially OpenStack and Proxmox virtualization.
