About the role:

Integration Engineers are focused on preparing product documentation, coordinating API integrations with clients, vendors, and internal teams, and updating technical specifications. You will ensure seamless collaboration and clear communication across all stakeholders.

What you’ll do (Responsibilities):

• Prepare documentation related to product knowledge.
• Coordinate with 3rd parties (clients and vendors) related to all API integration processes and procedures.
• Do internal coordination with the Software Engineering Team related to external integration.
• Update technical writings and specifications for new and modified products.

What capabilities you’ll need (Requirements):

• At least 1 year of work experience as Technical Writers in Information Technology or related areas.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and writing skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Working experience with Product Development Tools, such as Trello, Jira, etc.

Bonus points if you have the following skills:

• Demonstrated experience in database query.
• Basic understanding of programming.
