Are you an experienced IAM professional looking to work on large-scale enterprise security projects? Our client, a leading consulting firm, is seeking an IAM Engineer with hands-on expertise in Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) and Oracle Access Manager (OAM). You’ll be joining a high-performing cybersecurity team focused on designing and implementing secure identity solutions for large enterprise and banking clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Oracle IAM implementations and integrations across diverse enterprise environments
• Design identity lifecycle workflows, RBAC, provisioning/approval processes
• Integrate Oracle IAM with directories (LDAP/AD), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and internal apps
• Enforce authentication/authorization policies and support access governance reviews
• Collaborate closely with application teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant solutions

Requirements:

• 5+ years in IAM, with strong Oracle OIG/OAM experience
• Skilled in LDAP directories (OUD preferred), authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, etc.)
• Familiarity with SSO, MFA, scripting (Python, Shell, Java)
• Background in regulated industries (banking, healthcare, etc.) a plus
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity and access governance frameworks
