The role


REBEL is growing fast and on its way to stepping to the next level from both a product and team perspective.

As we are increasing our team count and client and products, we are looking for a Highly motivated Human Resources Manager to work directly with the founders and our teams and bring REBEL to excellence in terms of people processes and culture.


Responsibilities


Design Scalable HR Processes: Establish policies, procedures, and systems that evolve with rapid growth while reinforcing a strong startup culture.

Comprehensive Onboarding: Create effective onboarding programs that ensure new hires are quickly integrated, engaged, and aligned with company values.

Employee Engagement & Culture: Build and nurture an inclusive, high-performance work environment that drives employee satisfaction and retention.

Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and industry standards while managing accurate employee records and documentation.

Payroll Management & Growth: Manage the payroll process including contributions and employee questions, to ensure highest reliability and consistency

Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute proactive recruitment strategies—including leveraging networks, job boards, and referrals—to attract top-tier candidates.

Performance Management & Development: Implement structured performance review systems and continuous learning initiatives to foster professional growth.

Collaborative Leadership Partnership: Work closely with company leaders in a multi-cultural environment to align HR strategies with business goals and foster company expansion


Qualifications


In order to succeed in the role, you should have:

  • Experience in an HR management, people operations, or talent management role, preferably within a high-growth start-up, consultancy, or triple A corporate
  • A people's person, that has exceptional communication skills and an engaging and reliable personality
  • A results-driven approach, that thrives on achieving success and impact
  • A love for a high growth culture where every day you can make an impact
  • A data-driven mindset, making decisions based on hard facts
  • A high energy and self-motivated personality, a team player
  • A resilient and “don’t stop until we win” mindset
  • Exceptional attention to details
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Openness to feedback and always willing to improve and develop
