Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Manager with a strong background to lead our Human Resources initiatives and help drive organizational success. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the unique challenges and dynamics of the environment, from high-volume recruitment to performance management, employee engagement, and labor compliance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, ensuring timely and quality hires.
• Manage employee relations, provide conflict resolution, and foster a positive working environment.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
• Handle performance appraisal systems that drive high performance and productivity.
• Lead training and development initiatives to build employee capabilities and support career growth.
• Create and execute employee engagement programs to reduce attrition and increase satisfaction.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs to remain competitive within the industry.
• Support organizational change, culture-building, and succession planning efforts.
• Act as a liaison between management and employees, promoting open communication and feedback.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
• At least 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 2-3 years in an HR leadership role within the BPO industry.
• Proven experience in handling large-scale recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Can start ASAP
• Willing to work in a night shift schedule.
