WHAT HUMAN CAPITAL ADMIN & OPERATIONS MANAGER LOOKS FORWARD TO DO WELL

The Human Capital Admin and Operations Manager plays a vital role in building and maintaining strong organizational culture, structure, and efficiency. This leader ensures smooth HR operations, policy compliance, employee experience excellence, and supports the company’s growth through well-implemented systems and people processes.



What you will do:

  • Lead the Human Capital Operations and Administration team in executing day-to-day HR processes including employee onboarding, records management, payroll coordination, and compliance tracking.
  • Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with labor laws and company standards.
  • Manage HRIS systems and data accuracy to support internal reporting and strategic decision-making.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and organizational development programs that support retention and performance.
  • Oversee government compliance requirements such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE reports, and related audits.
  • Manage administrative processes related to office operations, employee logistics, facilities coordination, and safety protocols.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Business Units to ensure manpower plans, compensation, and employee lifecycle actions are implemented effectively.
  • Mentor and guide the Human Capital team, ensuring alignment with company values and goals.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on people operations metrics, risks, and recommended solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with eTap’s safety, security, and information security protocols.
  • Perform other job-related functions or duties as assigned.

Why You?

Education & Licensure

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Additional certifications in Labor Relations, HR Compliance, or Organizational Development are a plus


Professional Experience

  • At least 5 years of progressive HR and admin operations experience, with 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, employee benefits administration, and HR operations standards
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a team, implement systems, and navigate organizational change
  • Experience working in tech-enabled or high-growth industries is a plus
