Job Summary

Anubhuti is seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role involves managing people, supporting the board, hiring, and fostering a positive organizational culture. This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience in the HR field.

Key Responsibilities

  • People Management:
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Facilitate communication between management and employees, addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Support the recruitment and selection process to ensure the organization is staffed with skilled and competent employees.
  • Assist in managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Board Management:
  • Act as a liaison between the organisation and the board of directors.
  • Prepare and present reports on HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to the board.
  • Advise the board on HR best practices and trends, ensuring the organization remains competitive in its human capital strategies.
  • Participate in board meetings to provide updates and insights on organisation initiatives and their alignment with company goals.
  • Hiring:
  • Assist in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Conduct hiring campaigns and manage the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand skills and competencies required for new job openings.
  • Create and update job descriptions and job specifications on Keka and other job portals.
  • Culture Management:
  • Foster a positive working environment that promotes the company's culture and values.
  • Assist in developing and implementing initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Organize and oversee employee training and development programs.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
  • Plan and coordinate company events, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Assist in managing employee relations issues, such as conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
  • Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure fair treatment and compliance with employment laws.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
  • Assist in overseeing compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and aligned with the company's goals.
  • Conduct salary surveys and job evaluations to determine appropriate compensation levels.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • HR Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-1 years of experience in an HR role or any related field.
  • Basic knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.
