Job Summary
Anubhuti is seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role involves managing people, supporting the board, hiring, and fostering a positive organizational culture. This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience in the HR field.
Key Responsibilities
People Management:
Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Facilitate communication between management and employees, addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Support the recruitment and selection process to ensure the organization is staffed with skilled and competent employees.
Assist in managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Board Management:
Act as a liaison between the organisation and the board of directors.
Prepare and present reports on HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to the board.
Advise the board on HR best practices and trends, ensuring the organization remains competitive in its human capital strategies.
Participate in board meetings to provide updates and insights on organisation initiatives and their alignment with company goals.
Hiring:
Assist in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Conduct hiring campaigns and manage the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Collaborate with department managers to understand skills and competencies required for new job openings.
Create and update job descriptions and job specifications on Keka and other job portals.
Culture Management:
Foster a positive working environment that promotes the company's culture and values.
Assist in developing and implementing initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
Organize and oversee employee training and development programs.
Promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
Plan and coordinate company events, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
Employee Relations:
Assist in managing employee relations issues, such as conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure fair treatment and compliance with employment laws.
Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Compensation and Benefits:
Assist in overseeing compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and aligned with the company's goals.
Conduct salary surveys and job evaluations to determine appropriate compensation levels.
Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
HR Compliance:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-1 years of experience in an HR role or any related field.
Basic knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.
