Job Designation: HR-Head


Job Description:

The Head HR position is responsible for strategizing human resource functions of RachTR  and ensuring that they are aligned with the company’s larger goals and expansion plans. 

The position is also responsible for all functional aspects of HR like culture building, talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement, compensation management, and formulation and implementation of staff policies and rules.


Key Responsibilities:

·   Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing HR strategies that support the company's business objectives, including talent acquisition, employee development, and retention. 

·  Talent Acquisition: Overseeing the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. 

·   Employee Relations: Managing employee relations, addressing and resolving employee concerns, and fostering a positive work environment. 

·   Performance Management: Developing and implementing performance management systems, providing feedback to employees, and conducting performance reviews. 

·  Compensation and Benefits: Overseeing compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards. 

·   Training and Development: Identifying training needs, developing and implementing training programs, and supporting employee development. 

·   Compliance: Ensuring the company complies with all relevant labor laws and regulations. 

·   HR Operations: Managing HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and HR technology. 

·   Team Leadership: Supervising and mentoring the growing HR team, providing guidance and support to it. 

·   Budget Management: Developing and managing the HR budget. 

·   Data Analysis: Analyzing HR data to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of HR programs, and make data-driven decisions.

·  Leadership and Management: Effective communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills are essential

· Strategic Thinking: Keenness to understand the company's business goals and develop  HR strategies that support them

· Knowledge of HR Laws and Regulations: Thorough familiarity with relevant labor laws and regulations

· Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization

· Analytical Skills: Expertise in analyzing data and making informed decisions

· Problem-Solving Skills: Capable of independently identifying and resolving HR-related issues

·     Project Management Skills: Managing HR projects and initiatives




Desired Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related curriculum required
