Jobs Description: Supervision and coordination of sales team activities, including weekly performance reviews, task prioritization, staff motivation, and productivity enhancement to meet sales and operational objectives.
• Oversight of student placement certification processes and organization of associated activities to ensure seamless operations.
• Strategic development and execution of annual marketing plans, sales strategies, special projects (e.g., sales missions, telemarketing campaigns), and related initiatives to drive business growth.
• Researching potential opportunities in convention and meeting markets; maintaining relationships with planners and organizations to generate leads or group bookings for targeted segments.
• Organization and participation in trade shows, marketplaces, site visits for prospective clients, and follow-up activities to secure future business; fostering partnerships with venues and local attractions.
• Preparation of monthly reports on enquiries, collections, marketing expenditures, material distribution, area- specific promotional activities, and overall sales performance analysis.
• Planning and delivery of educational initiatives at the center, including workshops, seminars, presentations; regular engagement with parents and students through meetings to enhance satisfaction levels.
• Conducting faculty meetings to monitor student progress; ensuring adherence to weekly testing schedules across all batches while coordinating timely reporting processes with the head office.
• Alignment of team efforts with organizational culture, goals, objectives; effective tracking of branch workload metrics such as monthly work schedules and compensatory leave arrangements.

Job Location : Mumbai.

Salary between 70 to 90K ÷ Incentives + Benefits
