Support the Store Manager in delivering a refined retail experience. This role is for go-getters with a knack for people, detail, and day-to-day execution, involving sales supervision, staff coordination, customer handling, and assisting in maintaining store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in achieving sales targets and KPIs

- Supervise floor operations and team coordination

- Handle customer concerns and elevate service standards

- Support inventory control, VM, and shrinkage management

- Mentor staff and contribute to a positive team culture

Requirements:

- Graduate with 5+ years of retail experience
