We have a requirement for Assistant Store Manager, Isha Life for Mumbai. The work location will be Mumbai International Airport. Please find below the Job details:

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail operations.
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service aligned with Isha Life values.
• Supervise and guide store staff; assist in scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse/supply chain for restocking.
• Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation are consistent with brand aesthetics.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Drive sales targets and help analyze store performance metrics.
• Enforce store policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Open and close the store as required, including cash handling and reporting duties.
