We are looking to hire a Helpdesk / Desktop Support Engineer in Tokyo to support our banking client.


Key Responsibilities / Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems/Sciences/IT/Engineering a minimum of 3 years relevant
  • Excellent communication skills, proficiency both in Japanese (N3 Proficiency level and above) and English (baseline: TOEIC 800 or TOEFL iBT90/PBT570).
  • Experience in delivering IT onsite support.
  • Hand-on experience in resolving problems with Microsoft Windows 11 and common computer applications and desktop software including but not limited to Microsoft 365 Copilot (Word, Excel,
  • PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint), and Web browsers (Google Chrome/Microsoft Edge).
  • Good knowledge of Apple iPhone, iPad and MacOS.
  • Experience in supporting desktops, laptops, printers, video conferencing including hybrid meetings using Webex meeting/Webex Webinar/Teams meeting.
