Summary

The Help Desk Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to attorneys and staff, as well as supporting the firm's hardware and applications.

Client Details

Our client is an AM Law 200 firm and this role will be located in their New York office.

The position is 5 days a week on site to start, then will transition to hybrid after the first couple of months.

Description

  • Provide IT support to staff and attorneys.
  • Work with software, desktop applications, hardware, etc.
  • Be a part of firm specific trainings and technology roll-outs for attorneys.
  • Provide support for conference room set ups and video conference meetings.
  • Work with the firm's ticketing system to update and close out requests.

Profile

  • 3+ years of IT experience.
  • Must have experience working within the legal industry.
  • Experience with video conferencing equipment, such as Crestron, Teams, Zoom, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications.
  • Experience with Windows servers.
