Summary

Role: Helpdesk Location: Austin, TX Description: At least 1-2 years (preferred) of combined experience with one or more of the following: software support; hardware support; Installation and Implementation setup, Customer Experience, technical documentation; and/or instructions in a private, public, government or military environment. Basic understanding of Computer Networking concepts, protocols, technologies, and applications. Strong written and oral communication skills. English Language is mandatory (Read, Write and Speak) 1-2 Years of exp into any Helpdesk, Desktop Support, ServiceDesk, deskside, call Centre, IT Support, troubleshooting, Customer Service, CSR, Customer Service Representative, technical support. Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Experience: Help desk: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
