What You Need To Do
Lead and manage the partnership team, develop collaboration strategies, and drive business growth.
Manage relationships with partners in the cross-border e-commerce ecosystem, including e-commerce platforms, logistics companies, warehousing service providers, and payment gateways.
Identify new collaboration opportunities, negotiate with key partners, and establish partnership agreements.
Establish goals and metrics for partner relationships, ensuring team performance meets expectations.
Provide expertise and support to help partners solve problems and optimise business processes.
Analyse market trends and competitors, provide strategic advice and business growth opportunities to partners.
Maintain good relationships with key partners, handle partner issues and complaints.
Coordinate communication between internal teams and partners to ensure accurate information transfer.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of partner relationships, provide improvement suggestions.
What You Need To Have
Minimum 10 years of work experience with at least 5 years in a relevant leadership or executive role.
Experience in partner relationship management within the cross-border e-commerce ecosystem, including e-commerce platforms, logistics companies, warehousing service providers, and payment gateways.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, proficient in English and Mandarin for business communication (English fluency is a must).
Leadership and team management experience, able to motivate and guide team members effectively.
Analytical and problems solving skills, capable of making quick decisions.
Strong business acumen and market insight.
Self-driven and self-managing, capable of working independently and taking responsibility.
Flexibility and adaptability to fast-paced and changing work environments.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Candidates with experience in the fintech or e-commerce industries are preferred.
