As the Head of Human Resources and Organizational Development (HROD Head), you will be the driving force behind our company's talent strategy and organizational growth. This pivotal leadership role involves shaping and executing HR strategies that align with the company’s mission, vision, and values, while fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and employee engagement. You will lead a dynamic HR team, overseeing talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and organizational transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR and organizational development strategies that support the company’s business objectives and promote a high-performance culture.
Talent Management: Lead the talent acquisition process, ensuring the recruitment of top talent who align with the company’s values and contribute to its growth. Oversee succession planning, career development programs, and leadership training to build a strong talent pipeline.
Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment by implementing initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Drive cultural initiatives that support diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, ensuring that employees receive regular feedback, development opportunities, and recognition for their contributions. Work with leadership to set and monitor performance goals.
Organizational Development: Lead organizational development efforts, including change management, process improvement, and organizational design, to ensure the company remains agile and responsive to market changes.
HR Operations: Manage HR operations, including compensation and benefits, compliance, HR policies, and employee relations, ensuring that HR practices are consistent, fair, and aligned with best practices.
Leadership and Coaching: Provide coaching and support to managers and leaders, helping them to build effective teams, resolve conflicts, and navigate complex HR issues.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize HR metrics and data to inform decision-making, identify trends, and develop strategies for improving organizational performance.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies, minimizing risk and protecting the organization’s reputation.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred.
Experience: At least 20 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 10 years in a leadership role within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Leadership: Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams. Experience in leading organizational change and driving cultural transformation.
Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to align HR strategies with business goals, with a strong focus on long-term growth and organizational effectiveness.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Change Management: Expertise in change management, with a track record of successfully leading large-scale HR and organizational development initiatives.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using HR analytics to drive strategic decisions, improve processes, and demonstrate the value of HR initiatives.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, manage multiple priorities, and navigate complex challenges with resilience and agility.
Ethical Standards: High level of integrity and commitment to ethical practices, with a strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
