Objective Of This Role :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team for Business Development.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth and forging strategic partnerships within Banking Sector/ Ministries / Government entities .
This role requires strong leadership skills, industry knowledge, and a passion for driving innovation
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including potential partnerships, new ventures
- Manages key client relationships and works to build new ones.
- Expands the profile and reach of the company and its brands.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, industry associations, and government agencies.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing business development team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and finance, to ensure alignment and execution of business goals.
- Fulfills requests for proposals (RFPs) from potential partners and customers.
- Administrative and routine tasks - Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify market opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Helps direct the development of customer-facing web platforms and digital experiences.
Education & Trainings:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field;
MBA or equivalent preferred
Mandatory Skills
Proven track record of at least 10-12 years in business development, sales, or related roles within the Product / Solutions to Banking / Govt. Industry
- understanding of automation technologies, with a demonstrated ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious targets. –
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a proven ability to drive business growth through innovative solutions and strategic partnerships
Solid analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and make data driven decisions.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required. - Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with a track record of successfully closing deals and driving revenue growth.
- 10 -12 years of experience with background in selling of automation products to Banks/ Government ( preferably both) .
Experience – 15 years , with at least 5 years in Leadership and sales head role .
