Job Description:

1.To achieve Forex Target - To improve Forex Transactions count & Revenue in the allotted branches within the Zone.

2. To handhold branches to source Forex business from channels like Retail, Banks (Wholesale), and Agents /Corporates. 

3. Recruitment and Training - To identify the right person for the Forex business and mould them.

4. Branch visits & client visits along with the Branch Team (ie Visits branches in a rotation basis, and help branch team for new customer additions in CN sales, Card Sales, AD II, and AD I Business through various customer connect activities.) 

5. To act as SPOC to branches for all Forex-related queries in liaison with HO, Ensure customer satisfaction through better TAT, and handle customer grievances.
